Try the same venue between the 22nd and the 29th of this month.
Fish over the evening high water, in front of the ice plant.
Have one rod out with a float baited with rag worm or a thin sliver of mackerel and fishing with a drop of about 7 or 8 feet. Make sure to have your clutch set for as run. The Pollack will come on the feed as it gets nearer to dusk.
Try spinning with a second rod.
