Garretstown/Garrylucas

Any info appreciated on these beaches, it's the only spot I can go to when the gf is around because "she can go for a nice walk on it" while I'm fishing

What tides are they best fished on- times of day also?
Species available? I've heard tell of it as a bass beach but what else can be found down there?

Tactics? Talking baits that work, casting distances, rigs etc?
