sea trout

hey there I have been advised to get a game licence and get me some sea trout what would be the best methods for catching them.
Entries now open for the All Ireland Shore Cod Championships on November 29th hosted by Sea Angling Ireland SAC

Dommez- I am not too sure. I dont actively target the sea trout. However there has been a few posts put up recently with info on them in the shore angling reports section.

there is lots of different methods and tactics you can use for bagging a seatrout, lures,flies or baits, but it depends on the area you are fishing ie; beach,river,estuary.
if you say what type of area you intend to fish, you could be advised on the best methods...
as ole rab c said " see me' see the sea' i love the sea me"

remember you also need a licence to target sea trout
