bait fridge

i was sick of driving to buy bait every time i wanted to go fishing
so got a fridge freezer whats the best way to keep my lug rag
mussels and crab ect alive in it cheers
hooked on fishing

Wrap your rag in newspaper with seaweed...have kept it for a week or more like this
Lug, put in trays with just a drop of water if you want to keep them for a while take out and dying or dodgy looking ones and change the water daily.
Crab, in trays with weed and with a bit of damp paper or cloth on top
Mussel just goes in the freezer, after shelling ofcourse :wink:

Keep a bottle of sea water in teh fridge with yoru bait to use when changing water or spraying rag or crabs.
I am sure everyone has their own ways...thats just some of mine.... :oops:
