Midweek date would suit me.
I'm off shift on tues and wed 20th and 21st september. High tide i think is about 3 o'clock. Glenarm to Cushendun should be fishing ok.

as beachcaster says, from now through to christmas there is an open competition nearly every weekend but maybe a friday night somewhere?cushendun is handy for fishing as not to much moving because of tides helps if you set up camp for the night (us lazy buggers)!!

IM UP FOR IT HOWEVER COMPETITION TIED MOST SUNDAYS AGREE WITH PHIL MIDWEEK OR FRIDAY CUSHENDUN IS A WORTHY VENUE

as always count me and costa in. Fri suits best but if people start to put dates up i can sort. Most times have spare space in car first come first serve.
As for were i agree cushendun good for me. Big bill what did you mean by not much moving on the beach ???

Still learning so whats it mean.

A Friday night in Cushendal sounds like the Plan at the minute, Sounds good to me, all I need is someone from my Neck of the woods to head up, lol,

It was actually Phil, but he means there's not a great distance between low water mark and high water mark. You're not upping sticks every half hour to avoid the waves.

Would be up for a wee trip. Would be good to put faces to the names.

Just say where and when and I will see how it falls with my shift pattern.
