Mayo meet on Saturday 23rd August 2008

Postby kieran » Mon Aug 18, 2008 11:02 pm

Hi all

Heading off to try some new rock marks in north Mayuo, could be mainland could be Belmullet could be Achill, depends on the weather forecast which, at the moment, is sh*te.

Anyone interested drop me a PM, probably meet in Newport or Bangor depending on the final destination(s). On the plus side I have a new rock mark that gives us specimen wrasse to crab guaranteed!

Owing to the recent gentle rains it will have to be a rock marks session so good boots, automatic lifejacket and sense of balance preferred...

Cheers
Kieran Hanrahan

Time spent fishing is never time wasted...

2015 targets - a triggerfish, a specimen bass, a three bearded rockling to complete the set and something big and toothy from certain north Mayo deep water marks

Hi Kieran,

I'd be interested in meeting up with you again, I'll send a pm.

Cheers, James.
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing rods.
