on the rocks... god no... that dilutes it man.... straight is the only way.. slightly warmed or chilled is better...

As for date sep better as it may take that long for all to get sorted.

I think one from south and drew from north should just say when and were as everyone will have problems with a date. But if one picked then people have a set date they can try work around and towards.
