hey, eric, loadsa species going on there but to me that looks like a herring!?
do shad not have a prominent row of lateral scales towards the rear of the body?
i caught one just like yours last year in greystones and figured, herring?

just googled twaite shad with interesting results!
only fishing more than 30 years fishing... and still
learning new stuff every day!
