Hi All,
Have just registered in Ireland... been on English site for a while and its been fantastic. My 4 pals have been to West Coast for the last few years. This August we are in Letterfrack doing a mixture of shore, boat and game angling.
Ive got the details of W. Galway from Sea- Angling-Ireland.org but there dosnt seem to be much current info or reports from the area between N. Streamstown Bay round to Bundouglas.
Im particularly interested in any other mark apart from the ones on the above wesite. Rock or beach, it dosnt matter, and I dont mind a reasonable walk. Ive got the O.S. map of the area ..... anybody like to help ?
cheers
Fitz

Hello,
I've had a mad week or more and only now have a chance to reply. I'm no expert on marks around Letterfrack but I think you'll get some pointers for the Clifden area if you do a search on the QA forum for posts by meeself.
When you're in the area you should visit Stanley's Drapers (and tackle shop!) in Clifden, John Stanley will have some good info on all angling in the area, make sure you try to get John in there.

let me know if you need more info

We're coming over in August, staying near Cleggan. I've been told that bass don't come much north of Galway so I'm glad to hear different :D
Or are we too early??

Skridgerry beach - is that up Renvylle way??
