Skerries Slipway Closed to the public?

Postby Gonzo » Sat Jun 20, 2020 9:34 pm

Has anybody noticed Fingal County Council has appeared to have decided close off the slipway in Skerries to the public? Just seen some pics from my angling clubs whatsapp group and they've put up a load of orange bollards in recent days..

It’s a joke—-skerries is the only slip way accessible in North Dublin—thé next neatest is Howth! In practical terms anyway!

Yeah and a slipway that is usable at all stages of the tide too. Plus they've only put bollards on the Rush and Loughshinny slipways.. What is going on like?
