Any recommendations on good spots in the area Brian, trying to do some more sea fishing this year in the Sligo Mayo and Dublin area, Ive only been once before to Streedagh and had some lovely wrasse but would love to try a few more spots that are good in the area. Any recommendations appreciated,

If you fished Streedagh then Mullaghmore is a good mark just a few miles further north, Tullan strand beside Bundoran is also good and Rossnowlagh is another few miles further north also a great mark.
I fish them regularly during the winter, all will produce flounder, turbot, trout, dogs and coley with the odd bass mixed in.
