Insurance question.

Postby EoinMag » Wed May 23, 2007 6:08 pm

Does the sportscast insurance only cover casting events and practise or am I now insured when I'm out fishing, as I understood was the case with fishing members of the IFSA?

Thanks Steve, quick answer works for me :D

Ok so I'll now change the question due to my assumption not being correct, does anyone know of good insurance for angling in case I ever have to call the choppers?

As far as I'm aware the only insurance to cover you no matter what you are doing fishing wise, angling or casting, and it also covers you anywhere in the world is the one offered by the NFSA.

And also it is extremely cheap.. I have it and also the IFSA insurance. The NFSA insurance is only £16, anyone under 16 is free and you can also take out a household/family policy for approx £20. 8) Can't be bad for that sort of rent
