Ballyvalden cod fishing

Hey new to this forum wondering if anyone has had Any luck down around ballyvalden or tinnabearna beach in the last few weeks tried there couple.days ago just a few doggies and a dab but no cod. Any info would be great thanks

There has been good fishing coalies flats etc including fat codling to the 2lb bracket coming off the deep south wexford beaches to kilmore only really at night and at distance I've been out in the east beaches but only very small codling Whiting to be had

Ah ok south Wexford ok. Don't know Wexford all that well could ye name a few beaches for me. The furthest I've gone is ballyvalden which is a two hour drive for me. And don't get wrong it's a nice beach deep water marks there I do like it trying it again Monday or Tuesday but really wanna get cod.

Had a good night here few small cod but got two decent ones 2lbs or so dab and flounder and of course doggies. Good night in the end

Drew a blank just over a week ago but conditions weren't great and didn't get the kind of distance i'd hoped for

Fished tinnaberna last Saturday 3 till 8 3 of us fishing had 13 school bass biggest 39cm a few codling flounder and rockling

i have had and seen a few codling come from a couple of yards out on the beaches mentioned on flappers so don't give up!
