Mount Charles Pier, Donegal

Postby kieran » Wed Jul 25, 2018 3:28 pm

Hi

Anyone ever fished off it, very open but seems to have a decent depth of water?

Cheers

Fished it a few times but never had any luck off it. The water is indeed deep but theres a fair current drags the bait back around into edge.

It's an estuary into a deep channel slightly out of reach. High water into the sand for dogs and flounder. Stringy weed coming from the rocks in close but won't snag. To the right of the pier at low water can cast into the channel and has produced shark tope
