People: Myself, Drew, Frenchie and some dude

Duration: 8-10 ish

Tide: High @ 9

Weather: Gorgeous, No Wind

Bait: None

Rigs: Various Jig Rigs

Results: 1 Red Cod (3lb), Pollack, Coalfish and a Cuckoo Wrasse between us

Report:

We started the evening intending to fish the pier at Donaghadee but one of our mates who owns a boat decided to take us for a wee spin and what a night for the boat! Incredible weather, we headed off and done a few drifts off Millisle, was hoping for some mackeral but none showed, i however managed to catch my first ever Cuckoo Wrasse! :D Drew has a pic of it which i will add when i get it, the skipper caught a cracker Red Codling, beautiful fish, other than that, nothing really of note but a great night!

Also, as we reached the Pier once again at the end, i saw the biggest fecking ragworm i've ever seen just swimming along the side

many many years ago i was fishing the old pier at bangor and the sea was carpeted with huge rag worms i think that they were spawning as there was milky goo coming out of them.

needless to report that no fish were caught that day!
