hi all, want to buy a new reel and find this, any good (shimano ultegra 14000 xsc)???
it the ultegra 14000 xsc bigger then ultegra 1000 xsc (body size!!!)

Their the exact same reel. The spools are different sizes tho. The 14000 comes with a spare 10000 spool and the 10000 comes with a spare 6000.
I opted for the larger and ended up buying a 6000 spool too. Its a bit on the small size tho. Its handy for light lines but one crack off or snag and you will run out of line on the next big cast.

Thanks very much.i will buy the 14000.it just 10e difference....and maybe later a 6000 spool

Theres a guy online that does custom made teflon spools. Tell him what size line you want it for and how much you want it to hold and he will make you one up. Works out cheaper than buying a shimano spool.
