fished all week in great weather conditions ,all stages of tide plenty of cod on the monday with 4 mackeral about a dozen pollack and small coalies .hit the wrecks on wednesday looking for ling but couldn't get through the pollack and coalies they were feeding on everything only had four mackeral again on wednesday all close to shore and a few cod off the hook .thursday we wnet in search of mackeral off brownstown and didn't get one but we were surprised at the cod we were catching.friday morning agin a mackeral search and this proved successful with about for dozen mackeral taken early in close to the hook and a sh1t load of pollack all returned we had wrasse and coalies and a small gurnard here also all in all a very enjoyable week might try for a few mackeral again in the morning weather permitting
