Report:
finished up work early wednesday morning,so myself and tom said we'd take his boat out for a run, stretch her aul sea legs, see if theres anything half daycent around the mouth of the harbour, wingnut was mad for it too,so off we went.coming up to the mouth the swells grew hefty while a small craft warning bellowed on the radio,we stayed out for as long as we could safely before deciding to head back to the shelter of the harbour, either way it didnt matter all that much as the pickings were fairly slim.every fish caught was in at buoy 3 and buoy 5...not much going on out there, taking into account i spose the harbour was emptying and not going to anchor the drift was fast.
we called it at that.great to be out on the water tho all the same.
