Anyone have a navi xsb and having a problem of the bail arm not going all the way over
Most of the time just wanted to know can this be fixed or is it just the way the reel is as i know someone who has the same problem thanks

If its had a lot of use it could be the spring or dirt caught in it .Might need a service if the moving parts havent been oiled too often

my one is like that since new
to get it fully open it needs the anti reverse knocked off and the spool reversing an inch then re-engage the anti reverse ,i found out the hard way and snapped a rod clean in two

Ye have mine almost a year but noticed it after two weeks
Seems this is a common fault in this reel

+1 for what roger said ive a couple of them the new and old one and they are just made like that you have to have the bail arm nearly doing a 360 before it will open fully, its trial and error but you will get used to it and know when its ready to go by how far the arm is tilting over.

had a navi for almost 4 years now still works perfect despite neglect and numerous dunkings. i always found you had to have the bail arm to the right of the rod blank so it didnt re engage. hard to explain

Cut the bail arm off just after the loop your line sits under on the bail arm i have modded most if my old biomasters like this .
All you have to do then is clip your line back under after a cast
