People:Me and mate
Duration:5 hours
Tide:Flooding
Weather:Fresh north easterly
Bait:Fresh mackerel
Rigs:1 hook flowing trace
Results:Bit late in reporting this but none the less. Anchored up in western end of Inver Bay taking shelter from northeasterly in what was an otherwise beautiful day. Mackerel were scarce but we scrambled a few together and took 6 ray to 5lb and some dogfish. The mate got a run with a tope but he dropped the bait fairly quickly leaving an impressive set of 'paw' marks on the mackerel. Nice day out.
