its true when they say practice makes perfect.

also dont ask what i was trying to achieve as i had no forethought or planning other than trying to make something flashy

We all had to start somewhere,I'm sure a hungry mackeral or pollack wouldn't refuse it,Keep at it your tying won't get worse anyway fair play for giving it a go,and always keep an eye out for materials they appear in the most unlikely places,I make great sand eel imitations with the help of my border collie the long hair is great,also try a pound shop and look at the party and art&craft stuff mite get lucky and it's cheap :D

it'll catch alright. give it a bash and tell us how you get on :mrgreen:
can imagine pollack, coleys and mack havin a go for sure. sea trout more fussy though!

Nice work. Far better than my first effort.

It'll definitely catch fish.
