fishing off helvic peir 28/6/05 seen bass grab pout (twice) off hook
returned next evening float fished small pout first cast=4lbs bass

it would have taken an orange n black deceiver or clouser then . :wink:

or mounted on a fine wire hook you could dead drift a deciever of the same colour on the top and the bass will come up for it.
