hey lads, does anyone know anywhere in sth dub, wicklow where the macks come in close enough to have a try for them on the fly?

Try South Beach, Greystones from the end of the Driving Range and work your way south. I had 1 mackerel and several coalies here recently on a light spinning outfit. Would be great fun on fly! Coalies should take fly? Great fighters on light spin rod.

Sea trout seem to be in close at times as well.

had mackeral and gars on the fly at slea head the weekend, 15-20 yards..
