Just ordered some 4lb for mullet....
WHAT IS THE BEST KNOT TO USE?
Palomar?

I used it years ago for mullet float fishing bread and had problems with knot strength.. :oops: :roll:

You could try the Eugene Bend knot and see what you think of it.

looked good ..never saw that one before, i used a clinch knot (half blood) last sat and worked fine on all my flies...changed about 5 times for 5 flies or so...........Lubricate the knot very well and very slowly pull up..if distorted or line distorted do it again!
4LB fluoro.... :wink:
