I wouldn't mate.
You need the internal workings to be completely enclosed.
Preventing corrosion and even sand from getting in there.

Google/yahoo tips:
+ means only give me docs with this word in it. Without + and you will get partial matches.
Words in inverted commas means you want to match that fraise exactly.
- means don't give me any docs with this word in it.
For example:
I wanted to find a web page about "flounder fishing" in either UK or Ireland from shore not boat.
+"flounder fishing" UK OR IRELAND +shore -boat
