i`m hoping 2 join yous on sunday, hope i find the place, as i`ve never fished 4 cod, wondering wat rigs and baits i will need 2 bring??
i`ll ava bet with ye`s nothing big. who no`s beginners luck!!!!

have fished it three times since comp (NO COD) codling of 16 cm on one night +lots of whiting :cry: shame seen as its a codathon shame its to late to go where they are getting some :shock:

rodger it may be a roamer so if you start on ennireilly you could make your way down the coast but make sure your back for 7pm, are you allowed to use your car on a roamer :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

for bait: crab, mussel, lug & squid these are typical cod baits

JD they are Gamakatsu hooks more popular in the states and holland,
obviously it doesn't have to be them for the weekend simple kamasans will do
