Can anyone recommend a good Fillet Knife please?

The trick is getting a blade that 'holds an edge".... I have gotten great service from the Surecatch Professional http://www.henrystackleshop.com/surecat ... p-790.html
I'm sure there are many decent knives at reasonable money. There are some cheap crap ones out there too!

I got mine in TW Murray in Cork a few years ago. Nice sheath with a handy clip.Takes and keeps an edge well. And best of all- it floats.Perfect

I had the Mister Twister for over a year and it's still working great. Bought it after I read this article
and I highly recommend it.
