get your knives nice and sharp! four different grits to revive your filleting and bait knives ,was using a mustad ceramic shapener but it was tearing lumps off the edge of my knives this four sided diamond one takes a bit of practice but the edge you get is well worth the few minutes of work ,it was 8.49 if my memory is as sharp as my knives  i used it wet as it seems to work better with a splash of water

I bought one last year for use in the restaurant where i work. it sharpened the knives of four chefs every day for about five months before it wore out. I recon it will last the average joe the guts of a lifetime. Not as good as a good whetstone though but for the price you can't go wrong.
