LED LENSER

Postby freedom1916 » Sat Dec 07, 2013 5:07 pm

Just seen an add on tv for the LED lesner

I bought the recharable version about 18 months ago for 70 Euro.

If anyone is thinking of buying one don't they are absolute muck. In the past few months the charger packed up the electronics have good mental. The light dims when ever it feels like it.
Checked inside no corrosion what's so ever.

Bought a cheap lamp off eBay it's brighter batteries last longer and I dropped it into the sea and it still going.

If you sent it back they would have repaired or replaced it for free and had it back to you in 4/5 days. They probably wont if you have taken it apart yourself tho.

I opened it after 18 months didn't think they would want to know after that amount of time.

Its either a 2 or 3 year warranty as they class that as the lifetime of the lamp. They dont ask for proof of purchase tho;);)
Its a crowd called Petersons on Nassau st in dublin, spelling might be wrong there tho. Could be worth a phone call to see what they say.

I have one of their hand torches which found itself buried in sand and water. Glad to say it came out alive :)

i have three cree headlamps all off ebay and all work a treat ,one is 2 years old now and still good ,make sure you get one with batteries as the link you have has none included, they are more expensive to buy as a stand alone item
to be honest a single cree t6 healamp is all you will ever need and youll get two or three sessions between charges get a zoomable one as they are more versatile than just flood beam
