The Europaen Fishing Tackle Trade Association are getting involved.
I suppose it doesn't address of forgeries....There is little substitute from buying form your local dealer (if the price is fair!)

I also had the same question several months ago! I bought the SpidreWire UltraCast 20lb Braid .24mm on thick side.
Keep getting wind knots in it and casting same distance as mono!
So I done some research and it seems thinner Braid will cast light lures further. I bought 20lb Berkley Whiplash.
What can i say. Far superior braid. 0.06mm thickness. Ultra Thin! I can literally cast lures twice as far with this braid and no
wind knots!

I got the whiplash 20lb as well using mine for bait fishing not lures, found it casts well enuff but haven't really give it any welly yet but so far so good
