Has anyone ever had any trouble with these guys? I dont usually order from them but they do some line I wanted to try out. Ordered it at the end of September and still no sign. Rang them up and their attitude was just "we'll send it again or refund". If its just a once off I dont mind but im interested if others have had similar issues.

Still pretty long all the the same or is that the norm. Stuff I order from Veals, Glasgow arrives a lot faster.

I've got a few bits here myself - for some reason some orders take longer to deliver but I've always got everything I ordered, stuff is well packaged, they're pleasant to deal with and I'd use them again.

a few of the products offered online are shipped directly from the supplier and this could lead to a delay with certain items. It's stated on the products description, which is fair enough. They cant stock everything.
