boots

I have a pair of Ron Thompson moonboots for the past couple of years. They have recently started leaking and I need to replace them. I am hoping to get up to the show this weekend. Any suggestions about any wam boots I should look out for ? Thanks.

with the hopefully really cold weather behind us get a pair of neoprene socks, wear over warm socks on the really cold nights and just remove for Summer etc...

With regular normal wellies you're sorted.

K2 has a pair of Muck Boots which he bought from a local tackle dealer last year for using when out fishing and he thinks they are brilliant. Both for warmth and comfort they are a great boot. He paid £59.99 for them (or near that) and for the price they are great value for money. Made off good quality material that will last you for a long time if looked after.
They come in a number of different styles and colours.
If you have a look here it might give you an idea of what is available in the Muck Boot range and you may perhaps find something that you are looking for that you could then source at the show from one of the tackle dealers who are going to be there.

skeetex moonboots check em out the lining is much better quality with reinforcing around the heal to stop them wearing out and sliding under your sole,not cheap but they will last ,sundridge hotfoot are suposed to be good and they have a left and right foot

Had a pair of these bought for me after breaking my foot in really cheap footwear last year. I have nothing to compare them to but they truly are waterproof (tested) and particularly for me the padding and support are in the right places.Grip is also really good. I actually wore these as everyday boots until I went fishing for the first time and got them dirty

My only gripe is I didn't get two pairs :p
