which rod should i get??????????

i broke my 14' fiberglass rod last week caught it in the boot when closing damn those late night fishing trips
i would like some tips on best place to get a new one as funds are very stretched with the big R
would like another 14' maybee 15' fiberglass rod not a big fan of carbon fibre i always get my big stuff like rods reels etc at the fishing expo but didn't need a new one in februaury have loads of 12 footers but cant get the long casts with these so any info would be much appreciated i will buy online so even links and if you know what the dreaded shipping costs are would be even better

how much ya willing to spend?? i mean something like the 3 piece penn powerstix is 15ft long and quite a pleasant rod to fish with and can be found in some irish tackle shops at about 90 euro. I realise that thats cheap for some people and not for others but i believe its well worth waiting a lil bit longer to get a decent rod....

I know you say the funds are tight at the moment, but if its possible you should stick a few bob away whenever you get your money, this way you will be able to get a decent rod that will serve you well and give you a great deal of pleasure over the years,

Rather then rush out to buy a cheap rod that wont do what you want of it, I would suffer on with what I have until I had the cash to get what’s needed for your style of fishing,

I bought a second hand rod to add to the collection that would have cost ,€400 new, I got it for €80, had to replace 3 guides and enjoy using this rod more then some of the rods that I paid a lot more money for when new,

Keep your eye on the tackle for sale on this site your sure to get what you need for a lot less then you think,

i know about saving for the one i want, but im fishing the easter 2 day comp in wexford and its this weekend i might be able to scrape together 90 skilleros if i dont pay the phone he he he (if you know my wife i did pay it ok) what shop would you recomend im in carlow not really any good shops for sea angling down here i usually deal with pat clinton in lucan doesnt have alot of stock but he looks after you and will get it in if he knows you. but i cant wait for pat this time
