Good disstance 13ft Beachcaster sesitive tip

Hey guys i was looking for a decent enough 13 to 14ft beacaster with good bite detection for match angling but able to throw baits well out there without having to set up another long distance rod when time is precious, and all at a price of course. i was thinking of the 3piece 13ft powersticks pro or is there better quality rods out there that give an average caster better distance? PS I dont like rods with a stiff midsection.

Would appreciate any opinions and i dont think im the only one with this problem.

i put a review up here a few weeks ago about the greyflex s rod by greys which i bought on sale for 109.00 (retails about 200euro) an which ill say again is any excellent match rod for its price. Its 13ft long and extremely light yet i cast 5oz leads well over 100yrds without any effort at all , i normally use the tip tornado match range from century(well worth takin a look at but more expensive) an the greys is keepin up easily.Seriously if your lookin for quality at a reasonable price ya wont go wrong with this 1

try the penn powerstick surf 15 ft great rod great tip on it as long as you put it together right it should not break

It does indeed, I had a few cast of one and I must say its a lovely rod especially for the price.

well, if its clean ground, up to 4 oz, powerstick will do if u dont wanna break th e bank... but, if you want to i nvest for a long term fixed spool match rod.....the guys will fill u in, there is always a budget that can be worked to....

Cheers for the replies guys im definitely going to invest in a long term rod as bigphil suggests so im gona try get a few casts from the goldys sounds gud. Thanks martin for that advice by the i heared you had a bit of bother trying to power cast with a 3piece barely fitted together. Thats another reason why im trying to invest in the one rod for two situations so i wont be rushing. Just in case anyone is wondering, my mate martinceltic broke his rod at the joint to the butt whilst casting, very funny for everyone who witnessed it and of course a little for poor martin.

get a great cast with it and bite detection is amazing, and they are available for both multi and fixed spool.
