Hi guys, just wondering has anyone used this nice little peice of kit, i'm debating on buying.

How do you get the best out of it really.

And also, what do we use the Silicone Rig Tubing for these days, never really seen a purpose of these.
Are the Gemini GenieĀ® Crimps good or bad?

Any thoughts or experiences will be appeciated.

Cheers Aaron.

Make your own rig jig, easy. I used an Ian Golds 1 metre match rule, attached it to a board and drilled holes to take pins.

Silicon tubing has several uses, push is over a dropper swivel to make it stand off, use it as a stop for bait or in place of crimps on trace swivels.

lol good idea, never thought of that. may i ask what a dropper swivel is? Does it seriously work as a substitute for normal crimps. Couldnt imagine that working.
Cheers for advice dude.

Dropper swivel is the swivel on the trace body that carries the hook snood - http://www.planetseafishing.com/rigs/Th ... ok-Flapper

You normall have to use two or three bits of silicon (thread the line through each bit twice) to hold in place of a crimp. Does mean that it's adjustible though.
