century g5 fishing rod

just wanted to know if anyone on here has this rod or has heard of it............
there's a lad lad at work selling one that he used once but at 13 ft he felt it
was to big for him ( the rod is 13ft not him, before the wise cracks start )
i'll be using it for general shore fishing, would it be suitable??????

have not heard of the g5 but if its like some of the other century rods and the money is right you wont go too far wrong
the g5 got some good reviews on some other sites

i have a g5 sport in my shed ill take it out tonight have a few cast and get back onto you,,, i cant remember anything about this rod to be honest
