It might be worth having a look at the Shimano Beastmaster STC, there is a 10' - 11' 20-50g model that would seem to fit the bill. I have the 8' - 9' model and cant fault it, I've teamed mine up with a Stradic and its a grand little setup.

4 Sure Spin from Veals is an excellent travel rod. I like it so much I use it all the time for spinning. Reasonable price and lovely to use despite four sections. Light but can handle good fish and casts 15 - 50gm.

Gave the 'MASTERLINE TIDELINE 5 PIECE BASS TRAVEL ROD 11 FT 6INS' a try from Inch last night, it was brilliant, spinning reel/20lb braid, 2oz weight, there was a reasonable swell coming in as well, 4 bass (my first this year  ) none bigger that a pound though and 3 flounder, great rod for standing in the surf with as well 8)

If you want to spend a few quid, try a Greys Mission 6 - five piece, cloth and tube, rated to 80 grams, just about fits in a big suitcase, and will handle just about anything. Not the lightest rod for a long session spinning but could be used for light bait fishing from shore.
