jus thought id reply, as u no ive the triana titanium cast 200 plus 15 ft 3 piece with a suggested casting power of 200gr, tested and developed by mario filidei and pietro terraglia world champs 98, italian champs 98 and italian record champs. i have it 3yrs now and love it, its strong enough 2 pull in a horse yet soft enough 2 notice even a pin whiting havin a nibble. ive never used over a 4oz lead on it yet but im sure in the right hands u could hit sum distance. ill find out wen i head 2 leopardstown next month 2 get a few casting tips of the pros.
the next day we head out u can giv it a lash and let me no wat u tink of it,

I have had/used some of there poles for coarse fishing and they are excellent and quite expencise too, i've also seen some of Italys top casters use Triana 2/piece tournament rods to great effect, they are one of the top if not the best italian rod and pole makers, Colmic is another notable rod and pole producer in italy.

You have Zziplex, Conoflex, Century, AFAW rods and thinking about italian rod???? Please dont do it, ive try Triana Continental Surf 3.5/4.5 Oz 2 pieces, its beautifull with fuji alconite and fuji reel seat, i try for fixed spool and casting is a s*** its seems like you cast only with the butt. ive hear that Veret are good rods but only for 2 years after they are like gum. So you have the best 2 pieces rods for cast in the field and in many cases also for fishing ( Shimano and Daiwa have very good rods in 3 pieces but not in 2).

In my village some one have a pair of triana for sale only 300€ as new but i don like them and im going to spend about 722 € in 2 Zziplex Profile blanks from your country then i will buy a pair of Fuji CMNSG sic Rings (more than 140€) then a pair of fuji reel seat Sl-7 (36€) and 70€ more to the rodbuilder.....why do you think im going to do that? because you have the best rods.

Hi from Spain.
