I reckon the rigs and bait book by the sea angler magazine is good, although i think a lot of the stuff was originally printed in the magazines. Saw it a while ago in Waterstones Bookshop off stephens green, or failing that I ordered mine straight from the magazine.

Most book shops will order books in otherwise check amazon and see if there are any good deals that would offset P&P. The time I bought the SA baits and rigs book there was 6 quid off hooked on Bass which canceled out the P&P.
