People: Millisle R.B.L Sea Anglers

Duration:10pm - 4pm

Tide: Big and Wet

Weather: Gorgeous, Bit of a Northerly.

Bait: Mackeral, Sandeel, Squid, Peeler Crap

Rigs: Feathers, Leadheads, Flowing Traces

Results: Cod, Coalies, Pollack, Ballan Wrasse, Cuckoo Wrasse, Sea Scorpion, Plaice, Mackeral, Launce, Ling.

Report: Finally! Back out of Portaferry again, Fishing was steady throughout the day with Various species falling to various Methods, Interesting to see a Plaice as its the First Flattie I've Seen down there. Ronnie Managed a Male & Female Cuckoo Wrasse on Baited flashers in 2 Consecutive Drops. Most of the Pollack were a good size hitting around 5lb, and the Codling went to about 4, Spent the day holding out for a Bigger ling with a Flowing trace with attractor beads and a White Muppet above the Hook, never materialised though. Did hook one Large Cod which dropped off at the side of the boat, Gutted

Other than that a great day out.
