went out on sunday morning,beautifull start to the day,flat calm,fished the metal man and then moved accross to brownstown,very poor fishing,thought we would get more as i met some anglers coming in on saturday evening,and all had cod pollack and some mackerl,we then moved down to the hook and got some pollack there,then went out to a mark,and there were 3 charters there,i think they were from kilmore quay,got one nice cod there about 4lb but very dark brown in colour,with wind rising we headed towards brownstown and back to tramore,we stopped a few times but only got some pollack to about 2lbs,looking forward to next time.dezzer...............................

was out myself today it was very choppy so we just went up around portally. plenty of small pollack and a coalie, biggest 2.5lb. was only out for two hours in the afternoon.
