Went out yesterday for a couple of hours, one of them fishing. Sea was dead calm. Was closely observed by seal for the whole fishing period. It saw me catch one pollack, two codling and a cuckoo wrasse. All caught on mackeral baited feathers. Codling and pollack about 3lbs. each. Also saw porpoise and dolphin. Heard channel 16 call out to Shannon rescue helicopter who was summond to tragedy down at Dingle.

Wish we had other boat reports from the West.
