Assuming that you have access to the pictures on your computer, and assuming that you have Microsoft office and not a Mac... This may read long-winded but i assure you it takes seconds:
1. open your picture in Microsoft Office Picture Manager. One way to do this is to right-click on the icon of the image and then choose Open With then Microsoft Office Picture Manager. The other way would be to simply just open MOPM and then open your pics in there
2. once a picture has been opened in MOPM, click Edit Pictures and in the menu that appears on the right-hand side click Resize
3. from 'Predefined width x height' click on the little drop-down menu and select Web - Large (640 x 480px) or whichever size that suits you. Press OK once selected
4. the image is now resized but must be saved to a location so that you can then upload it to the report. To do this click File and select Save As then save the image to desired location e.g. Desktop. NB it can be useful to rename the resized image at this stage so as to be able to distinguish it from the original un-sized image.
when posting a report, editing a report, or posting a reply to a topic/report at any stage, you will always have an option of 'attaching one or more files', this is to include resized pictures. this option is offered below the main box where you type the report/reply.
so, below the text box of the report/reply click on Choose File. Then go find, select and Open the resized picture, then click on Add the file. thats it done. Submit when you have uploaded all pics you want to - i think 5 pictures can be added to any one report/reply at any one time.
Let me know if you get stuck
Looking forward to seeing lots of pics
