Reports re boat fishing
Pollock to 11/1/2lb
Ling to 34lb
Cuckoo Wrasse to 1lb 9ozs.
All caught before the rough weather on the north coast. 8)
Specimens come and go but the passion is for ever.

i guess that that is meant to say: Ling to 3 to 4lb ??

was out of Ballycastle 2 weeks ago (around Rathlin) and we got endless mack. best pollack we managed was only maybe 3lb at best

a specimen flounder (2.5lb+ or 40cm+), first tope, first bluefin tuna
First wolffish, a 35lb+ shore-caught halibut, a 20lb+ shore-caught cod, a 10lb+ coley, a 4lb+ plaice (Norway)

34lb as on Facebook of top skipper in Ballycastle and photo.
