Apollo goes to Kerry Episode 1

Postby donal domeney » Sun Jun 14, 2015 2:12 pm

First launch with a new lad and a "I'll tell you how to catch them" grandson.

More important it was a reason to work off a s~ite head.

A quick run to the coast guard patch and it was baits in the water. Gavin on a king rag had his first ever fish a nice 3/4lb pollack within minutes. While the boy Bannon on Shamrock bleeding glow worm rig had a lovely cuckoo wrasse. Oddly the pollack were slow to take and seemed to be hogging the bottom. Plenty of ballans to keep the crew happy for the hour of fishing.

Good man Donal. Good to see you and Apollo back in action. Great to get the different generations out and catching fish. Nice new comfy looking seats too.
