People: jw, tony fella, steryman, bait all, john downey, A N Other, thecatcher and 3 polish lads

Duration: 0800-20-00

Tide: sping tide

Weather: whoever picked the day knew what he was doing :-)

Bait: lures, frozen mack, squid

Rigs: shads, pirks, soft plastics, fat boys

Results: lots of mostly small pollack, a few up to nine pound, a couple of ling, one whiting on a 300gm speed jig :shock: and a solitary mackerel

A lot of the pollack we caught had come to close quarters with the resident porbeagles,
yes, im thinking that too :-)

there is a high risk of tangles with 10 rods out, without putting out shark traces as well,
which put me off. id say definately was one under the boat as it nipped the tail of one of Tony's pollack
on the way up, several of the pollack had healed shark scars. they were shark teeth, not seal marks
