[b]Report:[ Fished Blacksod bay 5 of us, species fishing 7 species caught. Pollock, Ling, Cod,Scad,Gurnanet,Cuckoo Wrass, Colies. Tried the sand for the last one and a half hours, The skipper said it was sand. Except we started loosing wrigs and 2 pollock were landed.Nothing landed from the supposed sand. The fishing for the species was good over mixed ground we could have filled a box or more of Pollock. We are all fed up of Pollock bashing.
Even though we were paying good money for the boat, the Skipper (Not the Owner) did not seem to be intrested in getting us good sand ground. I lost a good Guranet on the top of the water. I called for the net, the skipper reached out caught my trace and away went the fish.I would have won the boat with that fish. That is life. But a fee of é300, WAS A FAIR DAYS PAY FOR A LITTLE SERVICE/b]
