Report: What a day!!! :D :D :D The results says it all. Everybody did well. The sun was splitting the stones. Points were very high with Graham Garvey winning with a score of 885 ( I think).

The 2 skippers , John Deveraux & Dick Hayes , constantly put us on fish as usual.

Much to our amazement we saw a Lidl style rubber dingy with 2 people on board out past the Salties. Another 2 miles out we saw a tiny speedboat. There are some real loonies in this world.

Excellent results man. Hope to fish it on Thursday. Just hope the weather doesn't turn. Well done :P

thats most likely the same two from howth :lol: just drifting down :lol: theyve only been towed in once this season.4 times they were towed in last year by the life boat .and there not loonies just gobshites putting the rescue services at risk :evil: i asked robert in the lifeboat why they dont punture it while there towing he said a waste of time they just fix it up again.thats looks like a great days fishing stan has my juicies flowing for a trip out of kilmore.mind you had a great day in howth yesterday but no cod :( hope to see you out and about soon regards derek

Yes your right!!!! I seen them out the back of Ireland's eye two weeks ago in a little rubber dinghy :shock: . One of them was actually sitting on the outboard engine :shock: while fishing because there was not enough room in the dinghy "mad" Its just a matter of time before we read about their tragedy. :cry:
