Report: we held our master angler using 4 boats for 3 Days out of cobh, Cork Harbour, Alan Kennedy (Lagosta), Donie Geary (John Boy), Pat Condon (Osprey) and Joe Lynch (Wreck Hunter)
the Skippers were top notch, constantly working the boats to keep us on fish, the kettle was constantly on the boil and some lucky lads even got a fry from one of the skippers.
I finished with 300% with a tally of 148 fish for the 3 days
second was phil Barry with 298% with a tally of 102 fish
third was mickey Moore with 252 % with a tally of 80 fish
the team event went to the dublin lads with the cork lads a close second,
the best fish of the few days was a 94 cm Ling
when it came to what worked it was all about plain and simple, packet gears or plain traces, nothing too fancy
regards
mick
