Report:Yesterday we held the concluding competition in our current series of light line comps. We'll start them again next October and run them right thru the winter until April again. Only 9 anglers participated yesterday, which was our smallest turnout so far. Many of the regulars had other comps with their own clubs. Nevertheless, we had a great day out. Excellent fishing Pat, well done. It's good to see another women enjoying her fishing as much as I do.

That's my sister K1 and she's mad into the fishing. She has been since she was a kid and fishes the International Festival every year and does quite well. My daughter does quite well aswell, but she is more into the bass fishing. It must be to do with the female pheromones ?

There's loads of lassies at the fishing in these parts. The wife used to fish a lot aswell, winning a load of comps. She used to be known as 'Lady Luck.'
